We are expected to have an opinion on our work. Some may be more informed, perhaps even deeply rooted from experience, while others may be intuitive or based on a hypothesis.
But we always need our own opinion and be able to express them clearly and confidently.
Otherwise – when the next performance review comes, your manager’s opinion on you will be ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
