Each time we move a house plant to a bigger pot, we give it extra food and room to growth. Its roots reach further to get more and different nutrients, while getting a stronger grip on the soil. Then it builds more branches and leaves to capture more sun, maybe even produce more food!
Plants are intelligent enough to find a way to navigate the environment, maybe slowly but will keep reaching for the resources to thrive. That is why no branches are the same and they are beautiful in their own ways. Contrast that to the square-shaped watermelon or other creations built for consistency and efficiency.
Our teams and companies are like that too.
If you want your business to grow like a tree that reaches high, far and wide, what nutrients would you provide so it can stand strong and prosper in various environments? Would you give it the space, so each branch can grow in different and interesting ways?

Learning is like collecting bricks. The more (and more kinds of) brinks you have, the more interesting designs you can build. What if you can have not just more bricks, but different kinds of bricks, AND also more people helping to put the house together?
