What if

Have you ever been in a meeting when you have a quick thought or idea that you find interesting, but hesitated to share?
“What if I am the only one who sees it that way? I will have to explain it in detail and take up everyone’s time.”   Possible, but we can always use more diverse ideas.
“What if I am wrong and the idea gets shot down? Will I look stupid then?”   This is more likely going on our minds.
“Okay I will speak up when I get a chance”. And you wait.
The agenda is moving fast, the topic changed, the team moved on.
